The Story behind the scene...
Mosaic started out as an idea in college, when all of us were yet to embark on our careers. Starting our own venture was a dream we all wanted to pursue. But reality intruded, and all of us took to our separate paths as futher education and jobs beckoned. A couple of years of experience later, we were all prepared to quit our stable jobs and follow the dream that still inspired us. A dream to work in an organization of our making, where the work environment was hassle-free and hierarchy was absent. A place where creativity and original thinking was encouraged and not frowned upon, and mainly a place where all our talents could be pooled together under one roof. The variety of experience that we had gathered has now proved invaluable in the range of services that we have to offer. An obsession with quality was something that all of us had in common and forming our own organization has helped us to weave this work ethic into the fabric of our organization.
Mosaic today, is not just about the people who had a dream. Today, it is more about an amalgamation of ideas on a creative plane. It is no longer restricted to just the founder members but has extended to include everybody who is associated in anyway with Mosaic, from people who provide us with services to the people we provide services to!!
